Barton trio makes program history with selections to NJCAA Division I Volleyball All-America teams #GoBarton
Stasa Stamenkovic, Mina Kaneko, and Aubrey Olander make program history
Stasa Stamenkovic, Mina Kaneko, and Aubrey Olander of the Barton Community College volleyball team have been named to the 2025 NJCAA Division I Volleyball All-America teams, marking a historic milestone for the program.
For the first time in Barton's 46-year volleyball history, three Cougars earned NJCAA All-America recognition in the same season, becoming the program's 32nd, 33rd, and 34th all-time honorees.
Stamenkovic, earlier voted the KJCCC/Region 6 Freshman of the Year, earned a spot on the twelve-member first team, while Kaneko collected second team honors and Olander was named to the third team.
The trio fueled a dominant stretch run for Barton, powering a ten-match regular-season win streak, securing the program's third straight KJCCC title (15–1), a second consecutive Region 6/Plains District championship, and the Cougars' 25th NJCAA Division I National Tournament appearance, culminating in a 31–7 campaign and a final No. 5 national ranking.
