Bio
Koltyn Ratliff is in his fourth year as an assistant athletic trainer within Barton Community College's Sports Medicine program.
Ratliff serves as the primary athletic trainer for Barton's bowling, eSports, men's soccer, men's and women's track and field, and the men's and women's wrestling programs.
A native of Ness City, Kansas, Ratliff joined Barton after beginning his athletic training career at Sterling College in the fall of 2020. During his time with the Warriors, he worked with a variety of programs, including football, men's basketball, baseball, soccer, cheer, and tennis.
Ratliff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Sterling in 2018 before completing his Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2020. He fulfilled the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification requirements in July 2020 and the requirements for his Kansas State Licensure in October of 2020.
Ratliff resides in Great Bend, Kansas, with his wife, Reagan, and their son.
