Barton Softball game at Brown Mackie College pushed to Friday; Trip to Texas canceled

Due to weather and field conditions, both the Barton Community College softball team has pushed back its Thursday non-conference contest at Brown Mackie College to Friday. The 6-0 Lady Cougars will take on the 2-0 Lions in a doubleheader beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Thaemert Park Sports Field located on the K-State Salina campus in Salina, Kansas. In addition to the change with Brown Mackie, Barton’s trip to Texas for the Frank Phillips Tournament has been canceled due to impending weather.
