Bio
Freshman Season at Barton
Hallagin garnered several awards during her first year with Cougars, starting nearly every game as the Barton County setter. Hallagin was named 2nd Team All-American, 1st Team All Region VI, District D, and 1st Team All Jayhawk West in her initial season for the Cougars. Hallagin led Barton County with more than 1200 assists, which places her in the Top All-Time single season at Barton. Hallagin showed her versatility as well for the Cougars, finishing third in blocks and 6th in kills.
High School/Club
Hallagin was named the Class 4A Player of the Year while a senior at Goodland High School. Hallagin’s team made it to the state tournament three times in her four years of starting for the Cowboys. Her sophomore season, Goodland High took second at the state tournament. During Hallagin’s freshman and junior seasons, the Cowboys took fourth at the state tournament under Coach Jerry McKee. Hallagin won numerous honors while at Goodland, including being a 4-time all-league pick and a two-time All-State pick. Hallagin also lettered three years in basketball and four years in track.
